Wholesalescout.co.uk – Scammers That Lure You with Low Priced Subscriptions

Don’t invest in any online schemes unless you are absolutely sure of the credentials of the service. We have come across this advice many times but never learn from our mistakes. The victims of Wholesalescout scam operations also made the mistake of going by the external appearance of their website. They never knew the murky details of what the website really stands for.

The first thing that a subscriber discovers when they try to browse through the various features is that the so-called verified wholesale list is just a copy and paste job. They have cunningly lifted names from here and there and passed it off as their own exposing you to dangerous crooks and scammers. It means that they charge you for accessing information that you could have easily procured from the internet without paying a penny.

Don’t Succumb to That Crafty Offer

Wholesale scout scams start with retailers succumbing to their one pound trial offer. The scheme is a clever trick to lure you into subscribing to their wholesale plan for seven days. What they don’t tell you is that if you do not cancel your subscription by email within the trial period, they will renew your subscription for the full value of £26.99.

Subscribers never get a chance to cancel their subscription because they never acknowledge your mail. They pretend not to have received any cancellation requests and blatantly charge your account without even bothering to inform you or take your consent.

There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that the one pound plan is just a ruse to get hold of your account details. Once they have it, you are doomed. They debit your account at every conceivable opportunity using different names so you don’t even know where your money is disappearing month after month.

It is clear from online reviews that Wholesalescout is an outdated site. They claim to update information about products and wholesalers frequently. That’s another big lie. How can stolen data be updated? By stealing more names from other wholesale directory sites? Apparently that’s what they are doing.

The prices of products are intentionally displayed wrongly to make them appear the cheapest. It is only when you order the stocks that they inform you about VAT and other mandatory duties. These additions raise the prices so high that you will be left with no scope to make any profits. You can avoid scams such as Wholesale scout if your read the trade review blogs and articles posted on trade sites and forums.
